At Mactaggart & Mickel we have a long and happy history of supporting good causes and initiatives local to our developments, from Ayrshire to Glasgow, Edinburgh, the Lothians and Oxfordshire.

The Building Communities Fund was created to continue this support, giving an extra helping hand to these projects and good causes. If you are a charity, community group, sports team or school within 5 miles of one of our developments, you can apply for a donation to fund anything from new equipment to travel costs.

Our recent donation helped... Howwood Wildlife and Woodlands!

The Wildlife and Woodland Charity, located near to our Midton Fields development and run by volunteers in Howwood, received £1,000 in November 2019.

The charity's Rhombus garden has been undergoing a makeover, and the funds have been put towards tarmacking a prepared pathway in the Rhombus Gardens, creating a wheelchair friendly path to facilitate access and use of the garden by wheelchair users and others.
